Novi Sad, (hereinafter referred to Simula), Bulevar Oslobođenja 5, Novi Sad, identification number: 21249939, VAT: 109827697, is the owner and the issuer of the Find Loyalty mobile application on iOS and Android mobile platforms (hereinafter Find Loyalty Application) and Find Loyalty WEB Portal http://www.findloyalty.biz/ (hereinafter Find Loyalty WEB Portal).
User data, Operator data and data Processor, which is provided by the use of Find Loyalty Applications and Find Loyalty WEB Portals, in accordance with the aforementioned Law on Protection of Personal Data, is Simula company.
The data Processor in terms of preservation and storage of data, according to the Law on Personal Data Protection, the company Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Data Users Find Loyalty Applications and Find Loyalty WEB Portals are kept / stored on Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform (https://azure.microsoft.com/) towards available industry standard https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/trustcenter / Privacy / GDPR.
The company Simula as the owner of the Find Loyalty Application and Find Loyalty WEB Portal reserves the right at any time and without prior notice, withdraw Find Loyalty Application and/or the Find Loyalty WEB Portal from use, as well as partially and/or completely change General terms of Find Loyalty, provided that such notice in writing to highlight on web at http://www.findloyalty.biz/terms and within the Find Loyalty Application.
